Colin Earl, one of the UK’s most successful and profilic single joke cartoonist started as a freelance in 1953 with the Daily Herald, and then regular contributor to Daily Sketch, Daily Mirror,The Sun, News of the World, plus leading magazines, including John Bull, Men Only, Lilliput, Reveille, Tit Bits with features including Square Bear, and Just George.

 

He is still working and also does watercolour and Oil Painting and portraits. Now runs a successful art club where he also teaches painting and drawing and is busier than ever and his unique and collectable cartoons are available as digital downloads from the Cartoon World Library.
